| Jules Pharmacy was established in 1940 by Jules Silberg. It is a family owned and controlled business which consistently delivers good value, quality products and commitment to service. In 1941 Jules left the business to fight in the North African Campaign, he was put into the entertainment unit. He had qualified as a manufacturing pharmacist, with a passion for movies and theatre, he specialized in blood, mastics, moulds, putty, body colouring, wet white and prosthetics. He furthered his studies at the Schiller Teater in Berlin, Leichner in London and then proceeded to Hollywood where he worked at Paramount Studios on the film lots. |
